Palworld Herbil Effigy Locations

Straight facts, verified in-game — no launch-day guessing.

• It's a new 1.0 "Pal Effigy." Palworld 1.0 turned the single Lifmunk Effigy collectible into effigies of many Pals. The Herbil Effigy is the Herbil one, so it glows a warm golden colour rather than the blue of the Pengullet Effigy the white of the Lunaris Effigy, or the orange of the Rooby Effigy.
• It grants Exploration EXP. Picking one up gives Exploration EXP — we recorded +4,168 from a single pickup. That's different from the Lifmunk Effigy, which raises Capture Power at the Statue of Power (still very much a thing in 1.0 — it's just one of the Pal Effigy family now).
• What it's actually for. Effigies aren't just an XP grab — you hand each one in at the Statue of Power for a permanent player buff, and every Pal's effigy boosts a different stat. Which stat the Herbil Effigy raises isn't documented anywhere yet this early in 1.0, so we're confirming it in-game before we put a number here — no guessing. (New in 1.0: the Pal Nox's "Kuudere" skill pings nearby effigies.)
• It's a world collectible. The effigy sits as a small golden glowing figure on a little stone pedestal, out in the open world. Walk up and press to collect. One-time grab.
• Reading the coordinates. Each number pair is the in-game map X, Y. Open your map, hover until the readout up top matches, drop a marker, and glide over.

Every Herbil Effigy we've verified so far sits on Sakurajima (the giant-mushroom island), so fast-travel there and work the coordinates below.
