By accessing or using the GamesOMG website at gamesomg.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GamesOMG ("we", "us", "our").
GamesOMG provides free, browser-based configuration generators for dedicated game servers. The Service generates text-based configuration files (INI, JSON, XML, properties, batch scripts, etc.) based on settings you choose, intended to be pasted into your own game server. The Service does not deploy, host, or operate any game server on your behalf.
The Service is provided as-is and free of charge. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the Service with the awareness and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are under 13, do not use the Service. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it (see Privacy Policy § 12).
You may use the Service for any lawful purpose, including running game servers commercially, sharing generated configs with your community, or referencing the Service in tutorials or guides.

The GamesOMG website, including its design, code, written content, generator logic, tip text, and brand assets, is owned by GamesOMG and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Generator output (the config files you generate) belongs to you. The Service produces config text based on your inputs; you own and are free to use that output however you want — paste it into your server, share it with friends, post it on Reddit, sell access to your server using it. No attribution required (though links back to gamesomg.com if you're sharing the config publicly are appreciated, not required).
The Service's underlying website code, generator interface, written tip text, and any in-page educational content are not licensed for redistribution. You may not copy these elements and host them on another website without written permission.
GamesOMG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the game studios whose games we provide config tools for. Game names, logos, and other trademarks ("ARK: Survival Ascended" by Studio Wildcard, "Valheim" by Iron Gate AB, "Rust" by Facepunch Studios, "Conan Exiles" by Funcom, "Palworld" by Pocketpair, "Minecraft" by Mojang Studios / Microsoft, "Project Zomboid" by The Indie Stone, "Enshrouded" by Keen Games, "V Rising" by Stunlock Studios, "7 Days to Die" by The Fun Pimps, and any others mentioned on the site) are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive and nominative purposes only.
GamesOMG provides server configuration tools that interoperate with these games; this is a legitimate use under nominative fair use principles. If you are a rights holder and have a specific concern about how a trademark is used on the site, please contact us directly.
When you use the "Share" feature on a generator, the config you generated is sent to our server and stored against a short hash. Anyone with that hash URL can load the config. By using the Share feature, you grant GamesOMG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and serve that config to anyone who visits the share URL or the related "Top Configs" listings.
Shared configs contain only your generator settings — not personal data. We may aggregate, rank, or remove shared configs at our discretion (e.g., to power the "Top Shared Configs" feature, or to remove shared content that appears spammy or abusive). If you want a specific shared config deleted, contact us with the share URL.
The Service relies on third-party providers (Cloudflare for hosting, Google for analytics, our email provider for support). Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The Service may link to third-party websites (game wikis, hosting providers, official game forums) for reference. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of those sites.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:
You are responsible for testing any generated configuration on your own server before using it in production. Back up your existing config files before applying changes. Game studios update server-side behavior frequently, and we cannot guarantee that any specific generator stays in sync with the latest game version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamesOMG and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost world saves, lost player base, server downtime, hosting fees, refunds owed to your community, or any other commercial harm — arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid GamesOMG in the 12 months preceding the claim, which for free users is zero (US$0).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold GamesOMG, its operators, and its contributors harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, our other users, or third parties. We are under no obligation to provide prior notice in cases of clear abuse.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date at the top of this page and announced via a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you don't agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and GamesOMG agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
To the extent permitted by law, you and GamesOMG agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis, and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
If you are located outside the United States, local consumer-protection laws may give you rights that override portions of this section. In that case, your local mandatory rights apply.
