ARK Deinotherium Spawn Command

Males have a Rally Call (special 1, 50s cooldown) that buffs itself and nearby allies with 'Attack Rally' (+15% damage for 35s) followed by a stunning stomp, but also inflicts a 'Taunting' debuff on the male himself (similar to Rare Flower aggro). Females have a Rally Call that grants 'Defense Rally' (+5% damage resistance, stackable up to 3 times from different females, 35s). The Trunk Swipe (right-click, 5s cooldown) deals 77 damage (male) / 70 (female), harvests Wood in large quantities, and ignores a large portion of enemy armor like a Therizinosaurus. Males can stomp forward for 33 damage per hit or stand on hind legs for 82 damage by looking sideways. Deinotherium is a herbivore. Non-violent passive tame using Beer Jar — requires reading body language cues (trunk roll, ear flapping, head shaking) to determine safe feeding windows; get all 3 positive expressions before approaching. Requires player level 95+ to tame. Exhibits sexual dimorphism — males have larger tusks and beards. Largest land mammal in ARK, bigger than the Paraceratherium. Added via ARK Additions mod.

Rally Call: special 1 key, 50s cooldown — activates automatically on nearby allies; the male cannot use it if another allied male is nearby. Trunk Swipe: right-click / LT / L2 — primary harvesting and armor-piercing attack. Looking sideways while attacking triggers the high-damage rear-leg stomp. Pack Boost is passive — requires at least 2 allied Deinotherium nearby (+5% melee damage and +5% damage resistance per extra pack member, up to +4 members). Run a herd composition of 3 females + 1 male for maximum buff coverage: male gives +15% attack to all, each female stacks +5% damage resistance (up to +15% total), and the Pack Boost adds further damage/resistance bonuses. The wiki explicitly notes this composition wrecks Orbital Supply Drop waves — pair with Carcharodontosaurus for devastating combined output. Does 15% extra damage to carnivores. Level Health and Melee for combat; Weight and Melee for harvesting. Carries Wood at 75% weight reduction. Can produce large quantities of feces with Stimberries for fertilizer farming.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon DeinotheriumASA_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Deinotherium in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "DeinotheriumASA_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use cheat gmsummon "DeinotheriumASA_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level — ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

summon drops a wild Deinotherium at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify — the one most people want.

Yes. In single player the cheat prefix is optional and no password is needed. On a dedicated or non-dedicated session you must run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> once, then prefix each spawn with cheat. Set that admin password without hand-editing files using our free ARK config generators.
