How to use ARK item codes

Press ~ to open the console. On a server, first run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword>.

Pick an item from its section and copy. gfi works for everything; giveitemnum uses the numeric ID where one exists. The last value is 0 for the item, 1 for its blueprint.

Paste, press Enter. It drops into your inventory. In single player the cheat prefix is optional.

Quality only changes weapons, armour, tools, saddles and blueprints. Resources and consumables ignore it. Quantity is capped by the item's stack size.

How do I spawn an item in ARK: Survival Ascended?
Open the console with ~, then cheat gfi <GFICode> <qty> <quality> 0. Pick your item from its section above and the tool builds the command. Hit Copy, paste in the console. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first.
What's the difference between gfi and giveitemnum?
gfi uses the item's blueprint code and works for every item. giveitemnum uses the numeric ID, quicker if you know it, but not every item has one. The card shows both where a number exists.
What do quantity, quality and blueprint do?
Quantity = how many (capped by stack size). Quality = item tier (0 primitive → higher = better gear/blueprints). Blueprint = the crafting blueprint instead of the finished item. Set them at the top and every section's command uses them.
Does this cover cosmetics — skins, chibis, emotes?
Chibis, skins and emotes are all spawnable cheat gfi items (chibis as ChibiDino_<Name>, emotes as UnlockEmote_<Name>). They have their own sections. We're filling those in. Anything not yet listed is being added, never faked.
How do I enable cheats on my own ARK server?
Set a ServerAdminPassword, then in-game run enablecheats <your password>. You can set that (and rates) without editing config files using our free ARK config generators.
