ARK Deinosuchus Spawn Command

The Giga Bite is the signature ability: hold right-click / LT / L2 to charge a meter above the hotbar, then release to deliver a bite scaling up to 425 damage at 100% charge. At 100% charge it inflicts the 'Fractured' (Broken Bones) debuff — increasing damage taken from all sources and dealing percent-based damage per second (like a bleed) if the target moves. A Tail Swipe (special 1 key, 5s cooldown) deals 70 damage on land. Normal Bite (left-click) deals 55 damage. Deinosuchus is a carnivore. Passive tame only: wait for it to bask with its mouth open, then run up and place food (Superior Kibble preferred) into its mouth — a Ghillie Suit makes the approach much easier. Added to ARK via the ARK Additions mod. Scares Piranhas passively while swimming.

Giga Bite: hold right-click / LT / L2 to charge the on-screen meter, release at 40%+ to fire (100% for the Fractured debuff). The meter appears above the hotbar — watch it, do not release early for max effect. Tail Swipe: land-only, special 1 key, 5s cooldown. It also has two swim modes: surface swimming (like a raft) and free diving — toggle with the crouch key while in water. Level Health and Melee Damage. The Giga Bite's Broken Bones debuff is most devastating against large targets — Giganotosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, and Titanosaurs take percent health damage just by moving after being hit. In PvP, it hard-counters turret soakers like Stegosaurus: afflicted creatures must choose between staying in turret fire (taking boosted damage) or retreating (taking bleed damage). Drag weight of 300 means it can enter boss arenas. Head has 50% damage reduction of all types; body also reduces projectile damage substantially.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon Deinosuchusasa_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Deinosuchus in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "Deinosuchusasa_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use cheat gmsummon "Deinosuchusasa_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level — ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

summon drops a wild Deinosuchus at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify — the one most people want.

Yes. In single player the cheat prefix is optional and no password is needed. On a dedicated or non-dedicated session you must run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> once, then prefix each spawn with cheat. Set that admin password without hand-editing files using our free ARK config generators.
