ARK Ankylosaurus Spawn Command

Its tail swing harvests Metal, Stone, Crystal, Obsidian, and Flint in large quantities and reduces the weight of metal in its inventory by 85%. In ARK: Survival Ascended, a 'Harvest Only' mode lets the player lock it to collecting a specific resource type (Metal, Stone, or Flint) so it does not fill its inventory with unwanted materials. Ankylosaurus is a herbivore (prefers regular kibble). Significantly faster in water than on land. Takes no headshot damage bonus due to its armored plating. Docile unless provoked.

Tail swing is the primary attack (left-click / RT / R2). In ASA, press R while mounted to open the Action Wheel and toggle 'Harvest Only' mode, then select the target resource. This works while mounted. The secondary bite attack harvests bushes only. For unmounted auto-harvesting, ensure inventory weight is below 50% capacity. Level Melee Damage to significantly increase resource yield per swing — this is the highest-priority stat for a mining Anky. Level Weight second so it can carry more ore before a return trip. For a dedicated metal runner, pair it with an Argentavis or Quetzal: the Anky mines while being carried, then offloads directly into the flyer (the Argy's 50% metal weight reduction stacks with the Anky's 85% reduction for extremely efficient hauls). Its compact profile lets it access caves larger dinos cannot enter.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon Ankylo_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Ankylosaurus in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "Ankylo_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use the builder above, or cheat gmsummon "Ankylo_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level. ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

summon drops a wild Ankylosaurus at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify, the one most people want.
