ARK Rhyniognatha Spawn Command

The Rhyniognatha passively converts Sap in its inventory into Resin every 5 seconds, then uses that Resin to fire three attack types: needle projectiles (1 Resin each), resin rockets (3 Resin), or sticky resin bombs (5 Resin) that root creatures in place — including Titanosaurs — and disable TEK saddles and gear. It can also carry large creatures (same capacity as a Quetzal) and even vault-sized structures, and emits a scream that frightens medium/large creatures. Rhyniognatha is a omnivore. Cannot be tamed via knockout and cannot be bred. To obtain one: collect Rhyniognatha Pheromone (dropped by male Rhyniognatha), use it on a tame with 300+ drag weight near a female Rhyniognatha below 10% HP — the female will impregnate the tame, which dies when the baby is born. Found in the Genesis: Part 2 map. Only creatures with drag weight 300 or above qualify as hosts.

Cycle through fire modes via the Reload key or melee+aim button combination; fire with Left-click. The sticky bomb applies a stacking 'Resin' debuff — enough stacks root the target completely. The scream (ground only) frightens medium and large creatures and has a 30-second cooldown. To carry structures like Vaults, pick them up via the carry mechanic; the Rhyniognatha consumes 1 Resin every 30 seconds while carrying a structure, but the weight of items inside the structure does not count against the Rhyniognatha. The player in the forward saddle seat controls it. Keep Sap stocked at all times — Resin is the fuel for everything. Against TEK-equipped enemies, resin bombs are the counter weapon (they disable TEK systems). In PvP, root enemies with sticky bombs before closing or picking up with claws. The scream is a passive crowd-control tool for escaping or clearing mobs. Cannot be bred; each must be individually impregnated from a fresh tame. Level Melee Damage for stronger attacks and Weight for carrying heavier loads.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon Rhynio_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Rhyniognatha in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "Rhynio_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use cheat gmsummon "Rhynio_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level — ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

summon drops a wild Rhyniognatha at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify — the one most people want.

Yes. In single player the cheat prefix is optional and no password is needed. On a dedicated or non-dedicated session you must run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> once, then prefix each spawn with cheat. Set that admin password without hand-editing files using our free ARK config generators.
