An amphibious ambush predator with three distinct melee attacks: a standard bite, a Death Roll that grabs and rolls small-to-medium creatures for 45 damage, and a forward Leap lunge. It regenerates stamina instantly when stationary in water and deters Piranha attacks passively. Sarco is a carnivore. Preferred taming food is Regular Kibble; found in swamps and waterways. When stationary in water it restores stamina instantly — a distinctive trait that makes it far more durable near rivers than its base stamina suggests.

How do you use the Sarco's ability in ARK?

Bite uses the primary attack button. Death Roll is the secondary attack button (RMB on PC) — it grabs a valid target and rolls. The Leap uses Special 1 key and requires a valid target centered in camera view. No radial menu required for any attack. Level Health and Melee Damage for battle; level Stamina and Movement Speed for travel. Keep it near water whenever possible — it regenerates stamina instantly when sitting still in water, making water proximity a free stamina reset.
