ARK Rockwell Spawn Command

Rockwell is the boss of the Aberration map and fights as a stationary giant mutated human fused with element. His core mechanic is destroying each exposed tentacle to stun his main body, then dealing damage to the exposed chest — this cycle repeats until he dies. He attacks with AoE electric shock/dismount blasts from tentacles (with a visible wind-up animation), periodic purple energy orbs that wound nearby survivors and shoulder-mounted tames, and he summons waves of Nameless plus Elemental Reaper Kings in his second phase. Rockwell is a n/a (boss entity). Rockwell is Edmund Rockwell, an NPC character from ARK's lore who injected Element into himself and became this boss. Defeating him on Alpha difficulty adds the prefix 'Alpha Aberrant' to the survivor's specimen implant. The arena allows Rock Drakes, Enforcers, Megalania, and Thylacoleo as permitted climber-class tames.

Rockwell is a boss encounter, not a tameable creature. Bring up to 10 survivors and 20 tames into the Rockwell Arena on Aberration via the terminal. Destroy all tentacles in a phase to stun him, then attack his chest. Rock Drakes with Tek Saddles can destroy tentacles quickly at range. Note: tentacles emit a shock AoE with a short charge-up — if destroyed before the charge completes, the attack is cancelled. A dead Reaper King's Acid Burn effect, if it contacts a tentacle, temporarily stuns it in a T-pose. The arena temperature is ~10C so minimal cold protection is needed. Rock Drakes (especially with Tek Saddles) are the recommended carry mount as they are permitted in the arena and can fire at tentacles from a distance. Reaper Kings are the damage dealers once Rockwell surfaces. Aberrant Stegosaurus work as a tanky alternative to Rock Drakes. Prioritize tentacles over Nameless adds — the shock attacks are more dangerous if tentacles survive to complete their charge. In phase 2, Elemental Reaper Kings spawn in groups and can overwhelm unprepared survivors. Defeating Rockwell grants Aberration Ascension: +5/+10/+15 max survivor level for Gamma/Beta/Alpha difficulty.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon Rockwell_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Rockwell in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "Rockwell_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use cheat gmsummon "Rockwell_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level — ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

summon drops a wild Rockwell at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify — the one most people want.
