On a server, every line needs the cheat prefix and a one-time enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword>. The class name Parrot_Character_BP_C is what ARK calls the Parrot internally; its full blueprint path is /Game/Packs/TidesOfFortune/Dinos/Parrot/Parrot_Character_BP.Parrot_Character_BP.

cheat summon Parrot_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Parrot in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "Parrot_Character_BP_C" 150. The number is the pre-tame level — ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5.
