ARK Phoenix Spawn Command

Functions as a living Campfire and Refining Forge simultaneously — any Raw Meat, Metal Ore, Oil, or Hide placed in its inventory is automatically cooked or smelted in roughly 5 seconds, producing Cooked Meat, Metal Ingots, or Gasoline. It also regenerates health rapidly when receiving fire damage. Phoenix is a sulfur (post-tame only). Only found on Scorched Earth during Heat Wave weather events — spawns above ash heaps at the start of each heatwave. Taming requires continuously setting it on fire; a Fire Wyvern is the most efficient method.

The cooking and smelting is entirely passive — simply open the Phoenix's inventory while mounted or from the ground and place the raw materials inside. No keybind or radial menu action is required. The Phoenix can only process Metal, Oil + Hide (into Gasoline), and meat; Wood, Scrap Metal, and other materials are ignored. The health-regeneration when on fire is also passive. Level Weight to increase how much metal/meat it can process per trip — its base weight is low and is the main limiter. Useful for nomadic play since you carry your forge and campfire with you. Note a known bug can cause it to stop smelting; uploading and re-downloading via an Obelisk fixes it. For taming, use a high-stamina Fire Wyvern for the most efficient burn progress — a Flamethrower also works. Keep burning continuously; taming progress does not regress but effectiveness drops if you wait too long between fire applications.

Mobile metal smelting and meat cooking while traveling, Gasoline production on the go, combat mount with fire-based health regeneration, harvesting wood/stone with peck and claw attacks.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon Phoenix_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Phoenix in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "Phoenix_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use cheat gmsummon "Phoenix_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level — ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

summon drops a wild Phoenix at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify — the one most people want.

Yes. In single player the cheat prefix is optional and no password is needed. On a dedicated or non-dedicated session you must run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> once, then prefix each spawn with cheat. Set that admin password without hand-editing files using our free ARK config generators.
