ARK Plesiosaur Spawn Command

Supports a Platform Saddle (unlocks at level 84) that allows players to build an underwater mobile base with full structure placement, including cannons and siege weapons for naval warfare, while still able to attack and harvest while the platform is equipped. Plesiosaur is a carnivore. Found rarely near underwater caves in the deep ocean, usually in groups of 1-4. Its saddle unlocks at a high level (64 for standard, 84 for platform), so it is a late-game investment.

Equip the Platform Saddle (level 84 engram) to enable structure building on its back. The standard Plesiosaur Saddle unlocks at level 64 for basic riding. Combat uses Left-Click / RT for its bite attack. Platform-mounted weapons (Cannons, Ballistas) are operated by passengers using standard structure-interaction controls. Level Health and Melee Damage for the tank/warship role. Level Speed and some Stamina for deep-sea crate farming — its high combat capability and respectable carry weight let it handle the creatures guarding deep-sea loot crates better than most alternatives. For taming, lure it into an underwater cave where you can breathe air, then tranquilize from safety. Preferred food is Raw Mutton, then Raw Prime Meat; use Superior Kibble for maximum efficiency.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon Plesiosaur_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Plesiosaur in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "Plesiosaur_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use cheat gmsummon "Plesiosaur_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level — ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

summon drops a wild Plesiosaur at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify — the one most people want.

Yes. In single player the cheat prefix is optional and no password is needed. On a dedicated or non-dedicated session you must run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> once, then prefix each spawn with cheat. Set that admin password without hand-editing files using our free ARK config generators.
