ARK Phiomia Spawn Command

Produces Medium Animal Feces in very large quantities when force-fed Stimberries, making it the most efficient fertilizer-production animal in the early game. It is also notable for being the first creature players can craft a saddle for (Phiomia Saddle unlocks at level 5). Phiomia is a herbivore. First creature for which players can craft a saddle (level 5 engram). When fleeing after being attacked it often traps itself against rocks, making taming straightforward.

To trigger fertilizer production, open the Phiomia's inventory and force-feed it Stimberries (drag Stimberries onto the creature's food bar or use the feed option). The Phiomia will defecate frequently as a result. Riding it requires the level-5 saddle. There are no special ability keybinds beyond basic movement and attack. Keep a small herd of Phiomia pen-enclosed near your crop plots and feed them Stimberries whenever you need fertilizer — even 2-3 Phiomia can supply a significant crop operation. Note that Phiomia have an extremely fast metabolism and cannot harvest their own berries, so you will need to supply their food. For transport, level Movement Speed if you want a cheap early-game runner. They are easily knocked out with fists or a slingshot and often corner themselves against rocks when fleeing.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon Phiomia_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Phiomia in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "Phiomia_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use cheat gmsummon "Phiomia_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level — ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

summon drops a wild Phiomia at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify — the one most people want.
