ARK Ossidon Spawn Command

The Ossidon uses a Bolus — a snowball formed from the terrain (C / special1 keybind) — to physically capture and carry multiple creatures simultaneously, rolling them up and dealing 100 damage. Its Icicle Rain (hold right-click then left-click) fires deployable icicles that apply Frostbite debuff in a ~6m radius for 10 seconds and last 60s on the field. Ossidon is a carnivore. Found in frozen biomes of Lost Colony (Arat Prime). Non-violent tame: knock it to 50% torpor, mount it, then use the Bolus ability to capture icicles it fires and wild creatures — capturing enough icicles resets taming effectiveness to 100%. Has Alpha and Revenant variants. Bio-engineered in ARK lore as an apex protector.

Primary attack (left-click) chains into a Claw Clap on the third consecutive hit (190 damage). Icicle Rain is activated by holding right-click / LT / L2, then pressing left-click / RT / R2 — 30 stamina cost, 30s cooldown. Bolus is activated with C / special1 key, charges while held (18 stamina/sec), 90s cooldown; must be charged with terrain material before it can be used offensively. The Turn ability (Left Ctrl) lets you pivot the Ossidon on its axis to face the camera direction. The Monstrous Affection passive stacks +0.5% to stats and movement speed per 90 seconds of riding by the same player, up to 20 stacks — bond with a single rider before major fights. Individual stats alter the creature's appearance AND abilities: Health scales Bolus carry capacity and size, Stamina extends Bolus roll duration, Oxygen increases Icicle Rain distance, Food increases Icicle Rain icicle count, Weight increases max creature size absorbed by Bolus. Level these according to your intended role. Only large tames (Rex, Giga, Carchar) are safe to use with it because the Bolus can capture smaller tames.

Crowd control (Icicle Rain slowing groups), capture/nullification of enemy tames via Bolus, tanking boss fights, cold-biome apex combat, and long PvP engagements where the rider bond buff accumulates.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon SnowMonster_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Ossidon in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "SnowMonster_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use cheat gmsummon "SnowMonster_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level — ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

summon drops a wild Ossidon at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify — the one most people want.

Yes. In single player the cheat prefix is optional and no password is needed. On a dedicated or non-dedicated session you must run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> once, then prefix each spawn with cheat. Set that admin password without hand-editing files using our free ARK config generators.
