On a server, every line needs the cheat prefix and a one-time enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword>. The class name Mosa_Character_BP_C is what ARK calls the Mosasaurus internally; its full blueprint path is /Game/PrimalEarth/Dinos/Mosasaurus/Mosa_Character_BP.Mosa_Character_BP.
