ARK Giant Bee Spawn Command

The tamed Queen Giant Bee constructs a Bee Hive structure that passively produces Giant Bee Honey over time. Apis Drones follow the Queen and will defend her in combat. Honey is one of the most versatile resources in ARK, used as a taming accelerant, fishing bait, cooking ingredient, and creature lure. Giant Bee is a herbivore (eats rare flowers to maintain hive health). Taming requires destroying the wild Bee Hive (5,000 HP, releases drones when attacked) to expose the Queen, then passively taming her. In ARK: Survival Ascended some Queen Bees spawn in the open without a hive, allowing direct passive taming. Wearing full Ghillie Armor or a full Hazard Suit while breaking the hive greatly reduces bee aggro.

The Queen cannot be conventionally ridden. Once tamed, place her in a suitable location and she will construct a Bee Hive automatically. The Hive produces Honey passively but requires 1 Rare Flower per hour to stay healthy. Harvest Honey by hand (triggers bee aggro) or ride a Dire Bear to harvest at 3x yield without aggroing the bees or damaging the hive. Throw Honey on the ground via the hotbar to use it as a creature lure or bait in the world. Use a Dire Bear for all Honey harvesting — three times the yield, zero aggro, and the hive is unharmed. Keep a steady supply of Rare Flowers to prevent hive deterioration. Keep multiple hives to maintain a Honey stockpile for taming Dire Bears, Moschops, Megatherium, Roll Rats, and Liopleurodon (temporary). Honey thrown into water near an aggressive Leedsichthys calms it, protecting rafts and boats. It is also an ingredient for Sweet Vegetable Cake and Extraordinary Kibble.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon Bee_Queen_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Giant Bee in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "Bee_Queen_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use cheat gmsummon "Bee_Queen_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level — ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

summon drops a wild Giant Bee at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify — the one most people want.
