ARK Chalicotherium Spawn Command

Can hurl boulders as a ranged attack that deals 100 damage and can damage stone structures — functioning as a mobile siege weapon with no ammunition cost. Also has a Sit Mode that reduces food consumption by 50% and regenerates 2% health per second. Chalicotherium is a herbivore. Passive-tamed exclusively with Beer Jars — no other food works for taming. Wild Chalicotheres throw snowballs in snow biomes and mud elsewhere; the mud throw is lost once tamed.

Rock throw is activated via mounted combat controls (same button as primary attack while targeting at range — the Chalico switches to boulders at range). Sit Mode is accessed through the radial menu and reduces food drain while healing passively. In AI Turret Mode, the Chalico can be set to remain stationary and throw boulders at threats automatically. Level Melee Damage to increase boulder damage and berry/thatch gather yield. Passive tamed using Beer Jars placed in hotbar slots — feed every few minutes until complete. Once tamed, eats berries normally. Its wide-arc swipe rapidly collects berries and thatch. Use Sit Mode during downtime to passively heal without consuming food.

Open the console with ~ and enter cheat summon Chalico_Character_BP_C to spawn a wild Chalicotherium in ARK: Survival Ascended. For a tamed one at a level you choose, use cheat gmsummon "Chalico_Character_BP_C" 150. On a server, run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> first and keep the cheat prefix.

Use the builder above, or cheat gmsummon "Chalico_Character_BP_C" <level>. The number is the pre-tame level. ARK adds up to a 50% taming bonus, so a value of 100 ends up around level 150. To hit a target level, divide it by 1.5. A gmsummon creature still needs a saddle to ride.

Yes. The builder above generates a single SpawnExactDino command that bakes the level and the imprint into one copy-paste line. The saddle comes as a separate cheat gfi command (it can't ride inside the spawn). summon drops a wild Chalicotherium at a random level. SummonTamed gives you a tamed one but at a random level you can't set. gmsummon spawns it tamed at the level you specify, the one most people want.

Yes. In single player the cheat prefix is optional and no password is needed. On a dedicated or non-dedicated session you must run enablecheats <ServerAdminPassword> once, then prefix each spawn with cheat. Set that admin password without hand-editing files using our free ARK config generators.
