Excellent elite loot, but the most dangerous PvE monument in the game: roughly 15 elite scientists with LR-300s and grenades that open doors and flank you. Realistically a geared-group run, not a solo one.

Take the right door at the front entrance.
Head right and find the door marked "Armory" on the right.
Down the hall, first door on the right — place your fuse in the box and activate the timer.
Head back out and down the tunnel as it curves right.
Go through the hole in the fence on the left and head left.
Swipe your Green card on the door marked "Storage" across the tracks.
Head right and flip the switch labelled "Laboratory."
Back out and toward the centre — grab the 3 elite crates from the central rail car.
Continue down-right to the Blue door marked "Laboratory" and swipe.
Behind it is the Red door (short timer) — swipe, loot, and take the quick exit on your left.

Keycard-door loot respawns every 30 minutes — far faster than open crates, so a puzzle you can reach is renewable income.
