Generous loot (7 crates + a red card, low rad), but the footprint is huge and exposed with long sightlines, and the two-fuse run takes time. Doable solo, just slow and sniper-bait.

Enter the main building through the garage on the left side.
In the room on the right, place fuse #1 and activate the timer.
Head down the tunnel, then right toward the hangars.
Swipe your Green keycard at the green door in the tunnel between the hangars.
Go right through it and place fuse #2 in the second box.
Swipe your Blue keycard at the blue door and take the loot — the Red keycard is inside.
