Enter the base and push through the entry hallway — scientists guard the interior, so this is a fight.
Locate the fuse box in the main facility and insert your fuse to power the locks (some reports say power is already supplied — bring one to be safe).
Swipe your Green keycard to open the secondary lab areas (more scientists; military crates here).
Reach the Blue keycard reader guarding the secure vault and swipe.
Collect the Red keycard and the vault loot.
