Palworld Penking Boss — Where to Find It & How to Beat It

Penking is found at Sealed Realm of the Frozen Wings, at coordinates 114, -352. The nearest fast travel point is Frozen Wings dungeon, so you can be on top of it within seconds of unlocking it. Bring cold gear or a warm food buff, because the trek in will chip your health before the fight even starts.

Best counters

Penking is Water + Ice, so lead with Electric and Fire damage and you'll carve through its health bar fast. Reliable picks: Univolt, Grizzbolt, Arsox, Wixen. Pack a bow or firearm too, since poking from outside its attack range beats trading hits up close.

Fight plan

1. Gear and level check. Be around level 15+ with a ranged weapon, plus cold protection for the trek, and a stack of decent spheres if you want to catch it.
2. Clear the adds first. It doesn't fight alone, so deal with the smaller Pals before they chip you down.
3. Exploit the weakness. Send in your Electric Pal and keep its skills on cooldown. That's where the real damage comes from.
4. Stay mobile. Kite in a wide circle, dodge the wind-ups, and never get cornered against the terrain.
5. Capture or finish. For the catch, chip it under ~20% HP then chain spheres during recovery windows. Just farming? Delete it. It respawns on the usual timer.
