Grounded 2 Lingonberry Location

Lingonberry is the gateway to Lingonberry Leather, so you'll want a steady supply once you're past the starter gear. The catch: it only grows in one corner of the yard, and it's guarded. Here's exactly where to find it, how to harvest the chunks, and what to do with them.

Where to find it
In the Hedge along the northwest border β€” around the Picnic Table and Pine Hill.
Berries hang on the hedge branches and lie on the ground beneath. Knock them down, then break them with an axe for Lingonberry Chunks (~3–4 each). Mind the spiders patrolling the hedge.

Where Lingonberry Grows

All the lingonberries live in the Hedge running along the northwest border of the map, overlapping the Picnic Table Area and Pine Hill. Easiest approach:

Pine Hill β†’ Hedge best route

From the southeast corner of Pine Hill, where it meets the map edge and the Picnic Table, walk up the dirt hill into the Hedge and turn left. The branches here are loaded. Spiders patrol this strip β€” come ready or come quiet.

Berries grow up on the hedge twigs and also drop to the ground below. If the high ones are out of reach, grab the fallen berries first or build a small ramp.

How to Harvest Lingonberry Chunks

You don't pick lingonberries β€” you knock them loose, then chop them:

  1. Knock the berry down β€” hit it with a thrown tool, an arrow, or any melee swing to dislodge it from the branch.
  2. Break it with an axe β€” chop the fallen berry to split it into Lingonberry Chunks (roughly 3–4 per berry).
Just bring an axe. Lingonberry Chunks stack straight into your pack β€” no hauling pet or pack-pet needed β€” but you can't get them without an axe to break the knocked-down berries. The one thing to watch is the spiders patrolling the hedge while you farm.

Making Lingonberry Leather

The reason you're out here. Lingonberry Chunks become Lingonberry Leather β€” a Tier 2 intermediate used in mid-game armor and gear. Analyze a chunk at a Ranger Station to unlock the recipe, then process the chunks into leather.

Early Access note: Lingonberry (and the distinct Lingonberry/Blueberry chunk split) is new to Grounded 2 β€” Grounded 1 used a generic "Berry Chunk." Recipes and tiers can shift between EA patches, so if a number here looks off after an update, the Grounded wiki is the live source.
